A site visit, design consultation to capture your requirements and preferences, 2D drawings, and 3D renderings of the finished project. You see what we’re building — proportions, materials, colors — before we start. Modifications happen on screen, not mid-construction.
Design fees are based on project size and complexity. If you proceed with Vandenberg Construction for the build, the full design fee is credited toward your final contract. If you choose not to proceed, you own the design work.
We use professional-grade design software that produces photo-realistic renderings. The goal is that you can look at the rendering and see the finished project accurately — not a cartoon approximation.
